For the price we paid, we got great value and the room was clean and spacious. The location was perfect, with a beautiful sandy beach just a few steps away. The staff treated us with utmost kindness and made us feel like VIPs.
Breakfast delights could be improved with a wider variety of cold cuts and spreads.

Good pool, nice location to explore the chania area and wester crete. though one must have a car.
The brakfeast times, froma 8 to 10 are note vacation friendly.

the hotel was clean, friendly and had a good atmosphere. The food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the spa was highly recommended with good value treatments available. The pools were great, especially for kids, and the beach was perfect for children to play safely.

The food at the hotel was delicious and there was a wide variety of options available. The hotel had a great location, with convenient access to nearby shops and a bus stop.- One of the best aspects of the hotel was the cleanliness, both in the rooms and in the swimming pools.
The service desk staff, particularly one woman, were very impolite and arrogant, which was a major downside. The rooms were a bit inconsistent, with some having better amenities than others.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, right near a water park and with easy access to the beach. The meals at the restaurant were delicious and had a great variety to choose from. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The maid service was impeccable, with my room cleaned on a daily basis. The food was amazing with so many options to choose from and everything cooked perfectly. The kids club was a great addition, keeping the little ones entertained. I had a fantastic time here and would definitely recommend it to friends.
